SHIPPING/EXCHANGES

We currently ship all bandana orders via USPS. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 2-4 days of transit time.

If you need your order shipped sooner, please reach out to us directly at woof@thesocialdawg.com

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays. 

The Social Dawg is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.

PLEASE NOTE: Please note that USPS is currently experiencing some delays with shipping and updating tracking information. Orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

Returns/Exchanges:

The Social Dawg does not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be thrilled with your order and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return orders for personalized name bandanas.
